Restored by my friend Diana and her husband Paul, Alice is an English girl from the
International Baby Carriage Store in London which was owned by theFred McKenzie company. Diana believes that Fred McKenzie was later taken over by Millson.
Alice has been restored using traditional coach paint which has given the body a rich deep gloss.

Alice has a dropped toe, such a beautiful shape isn't she? Diana didn't get an apron with Alice and so she is going to have t o make her own pattern for that.

New cushions, you can see part of the drop toe mechanism to the right of the picture
And Alice has a lovely new canopy! Isn't Alice gorgeous?
