CoachBuilt Prams

Well finally found a big pram.I asked on ebay about the size of the pram a lady was selling and she said it was the same size as my current one so said ok never mind and she said she was selling another at some point so sent me photos and i have sent the cheque off today.Obviously the weather will hamper the actual getting of the pram as its in the west midlands and i,m in surrey/sussex.i have to have a courier as no other way of getting it to me.bit aprehensive about that but looking forward to seeing it in the flesh as it were and then starting to renovate it for my grandsons to have lovely rides in.Its a Fetha-lite and would welcome as much info as anyone has on these prams please.It will need a new hood/apron tyres and straps and a paint and some hubcaps.Enough for me to be getting on with!I have my smaller silver cross for walks til i can get the Fetha-lite done.If anyone knows where I can get some reasonably priced spares I would be grateful for the information.Thanks:)

It    sounds  as  though  the only  spares  that  you  may  actually  need    might  be    hub  caps.   the   hood and  apron,   tyres,  lining,  straps  are the  same  for  any pram   really,  you  can  get  all of   those.    I have  no  idea   what   type of  hubcaps   a  Fethalite   has  but  y ou may    well  find that  caps  from  other  makes   will   fit it  perfectly  well.  Let us know  how  you  go  on  won't you?

the pram is olive green so will be impossible to get spares so looks like i will have to get recovered.the hood lining is ok hopefully.think there is someone on here who recovers hoods and aprons?
