I have a Silver Cross Tenby pram in need of repair before my fourth grandchild is born, very soon.  One of the 16" crossed spoke wheels is damaged beyond repair.  Therefore, I either need a replacement wheel so that I can get all four wheels re-tyred or a full set of  four wheels (two 16" &  two 18").  Can anyone please advise me where I might be able to get these, please?

Thanks - Teresa

Read the pram supplies section of this site.  This has the details of the top tyre/wheel supplier in Europe.  Ruud in Holland, everyone who buys his tyres/wheels speaks very highly of him.

I have a 1970 Marmet pram minus two 16" wheels.  Can anyone help with these? We are expecting our second grandchild in 5 weeks and would love to be able to use the pram when he/she arrives.   Thanks Edwina

You  can  buy   wheels  from Babybirds  online.  I  don't  think  that Ruud  Mors   will  have   complete   wheels  but  I will    get in  touch  with  him  and  ask  for you Edwina.

Thank you Sandra.  I have sent an email to Ruud so hopefully he can help.  We have tried everywhere including Babybirds but no luck as yet.  My daughter, who the pram was bought for in 1970, is expecting her baby at the end of the month so I am hoping to sort something out fairly soon.

Regards,

Edwina

Thanks for the advice Sian.  I have been lucky enough to find someone who was able to straighten & replace some spokes in my Tenby wheel.  Absolutely amazing - really thought it was beyond repair!  I recommend Alison's Baby Carriages to anyone who is having difficulties.

That's  marvelous  Teresa,  I   didn't  think of  Alison  and  Graham for  some  reason,  sorry  about that.
