History:
Purchased by Evangeline from Whites Antique Market Fulham Road,1960.
Originally green, it was restored and painted black with gold coach lines for her daughter, Emma.

Overall condition: Kept in a dry attic in London for over 30 years,
.
Carriage/ body work : very good
Paintwork flaked at footwell and scratched at handle end of carriage.

Carriage interior: leather fair good and clean with lid for footwell.

Chassis : paintwork good, small chips and scratches.

Wheels: rolled along the cobbles at photo event so metal
all good. Rubbers in white are in surprisingly good condition.

Ceramic handle:
Middle handle intact. ends broken off and metal rod bent on one side

Hood:
Exterior: Oil cloth with elasticated band.
Fabric exterior fairly good, worn at attachment to carriage. elastic surround; good
Interior hood lined white leather : needs a clean.
Missing bracket*

Carriage bed cover: oil cloth, needs a good clean

Recently creating new leather springs with the original buckles.
It also has it's original break clasp.

*Bracket: brass : possibly still up in the attic?
