During the last 4 or 5 years I have met many people who are as mad as me and who also collect prams. It is nice to know that there are others in the world who have the same passions as myself!! I joined a group of pram lovers and later I started my own group, which is really going well at the moment I am pleased to say.
Some of my prams have needed only a little work to get them up to scratch, others required much more. I was terrified at first at the thought of trying to replace the hood and apron on my Egremont (I still haven't done it!) but I know how to do them now and I have even started to have a go at respraying, roll on the day when I am happy with doing it! I am hoping to show you some of the restoration steps along the way. One of the best jobs that I like to do is to sew all the lovely quilts and canopy sets to dress the prams!! I will be showing you my prams and my quilt and canopy sets on this site, I do hope you like them.
I haven't finished my site yet, I shall be adding to it as time goes by, so please call in from time to time and see what else is new!
